We grilled again tonight! Invited the whole family over for a nice outdoor dinner.
Since it’s a weeknight I went with quick and easy items. Over the Rainbow Cabbage Salad, dogs (an assortment of local Riverview Farm bratwurst, Applegate beef hot dogs, and Fieldroast veggie dogs), and grilled corn.
Can’t it just be summer ALL the time? I cringe thinking about the cold months that just ended. Eating comfortably outside is such a joy. I plan to do it every day while it’s possible!
