Dinner Tonight- 10/4

I feel worlds better today than I have in a long time. Thank goodness for modern medicine, otherwise I would not have been able to eat this dinner. So glad I could, because it really hit the spot!

I made crockpot spaghetti and meat sauce with romaine lettuce salad on the side. The crockpot has been my lifesaver lately. It’s cooked most of our dinners this week, and all of them have turned out so well. This busy law student is VERY glad that someone gave it as a wedding gift.

If you’re curious about the recipe, I adapted from this very simple Betty Crocker recipe (don’t be turned off by the website, some of the recipes are actually good and wholesome). I halved the recipe and seasoned to taste after following the instructions, cooking it on low for 6 hours. Add some bagged salad and you’ve got dinner in less than 30 minutes total!

Thanks for reading!
