mybarre3 {GIVEAWAY}

Good evening! I’m so glad you guys like the new blog look, thanks so much for the nice comments. If you are reading this from Google Reader or email, click on over to the site to see the makeover!

Today I have something really special to share with you guys. You probably already know that I don’t do many giveaways on here. That’s because I only want to do them when 1) a company reaches out to me 2) it’s a product that I really love and would stand behind. And this awesome exercise program is definitely something that I love! It’s called Barre3 and it’s a program that is designed to get you lean and toned through a style that combines yoga, pilates, ballet barre work, and more. They now have an online exercise program called mybarre3 that allows you to do these great workouts from anywhere! Turns out the founder, Sadie Lincoln, is a fellow William & Mary graduate (she got her masters there)!

Here’s some more info about the program from the awesome Kait at Barre3 (who also went to William & Mary! insane!):

Barre3 is a boutique exercise studio concept with studios that span the globe – we recently opened one in DC in January! Founder, Sadie Lincoln, developed mybarre3, an online workout program, to make working out accessible and an integrated way of life. Workouts range from 10 to 60 minutes. All workouts are designed to balance, shape, lift, and lengthen your entire body. Our goal is to help you stand tall and get lean.

Barre3 exercises are athletic and simple to do, yet challenging and effective. You don’t need to be a dancer or previous experience – whether you’re an elite athlete or you haven’t exercised in years, you will be challenged at a level appropriate for you.

I was given the chance to give mybarre3 a whirl and I really loved it! You guys know I’m really into yoga and so I was a huge fan of those elements of the program. My favorite part of it is definitley the convenience factor. With a subscription you can access a variety of workouts that are either 10, 30, 40, or 60 minutes long, all from your computer. This is an awesome idea because you can really integrate the exercise into your schedule no matter how busy you are (we all have 10 minutes in our day somewhere!)

And you can all try this program FREE for 15 days! All you need to do is comment on this post saying how you think mybarre3 can help you reach your fitness goals! Then visit mybarre3.com and enter the promo code mybarre3lawfullyweddedwife. You ALL should try it! No matter what fitness level you’re at, I think you will love this. I’m planning on getting a subscription of my own soon! 🙂

Thanks for reading, and I hope you all enjoy the holiday tomorrow!

-Lauren

    does the promo code expire? I’m using a groupon for 10 barre classes now, but I’d love to try this after to see if I can continue progress at home!

    I would LOVE to try Barre! I’ve lost some flexibility in recent years & know that Barre would be great for my body/ soul! So excited to try this! I’ve heard rave reviews and can’t find live classes near me.

    I didn’t know Sadie went to W&M! I went for undergrad – look at Barre3 uniting all of us W&M ladies 🙂 I go to the Georgetown Barre3 studio in DC about once a week and then do the online classes for the rest of the week. It’s the only workout routine I’ve managed to love, stay interested in, and see results from for over a year now.

    Thanks for sharing! Love your blog!
