WIAW- First Crash

I have to start by apologizing to those of you who tried to access the blog today and found that it was unavailable–there was a server problem and so the blog was crashed for for most of the day! šŸ˜› It was very frustrating for me because there was nothing I could do but wait until my hosting people got things fixed. I was afraid of crashing issues when I moved to self-hosting…turns out I was right to be worried! Let’s just hope it’s not a frequent occurrence. I don’t like moving from something that was free and working perfectly to something that I pay for and gives me issues…it’s annoying to say the least. BUT enough moaning…it’s fixed now and should stay that way. I ate a lot while being bored/annoyed and refreshing my page over and over and over until it came back up! And here is the evidence. Hobbit style.

Thanks as always to Jenn for hosting the WIAW party!
Breakfast: bowl of “organic toasted O’s” (aka: hippie cheerios imitation) with almond milk

Second Breakfast: half a toasted plain bagel with earth balance; scrambled eggs with bell pepper, onion, and feta

Elevenses: strawberry Chobani topped with fresh raspberries

Lunch: little bowl of chili and rice topped with smoked white cheddar (which may or may not have obviously exploded in the microwave)

Candytime: peanut M&Ms, my favorite!

Dinner: chicken taco stack (chicken, pico, mushrooms, onions, cheese, guacamole, black beans) and tortilla chips

Dessert: Sweet Frog frozen yogurt! I LOADED UP with three flavors: cake batter, cookies and cream, and cappuccino…topped with everything under the sun including cookie dough, coconut, almonds, and lots of drizzly things like marshmallow and nutella peanut butter

I’ve been trying to increase my calories in order to maintain/slightly increase my weight…I think my dessert alone accomplished that mission!

I’m starting an exciting bread baking adventure this week and I can’t wait to tell you all about it tomorrow.

Thanks for reading!

Ha ha, I love elevenses. I was trying to think of the word last night and couldn’t remember what it was! I had froyo yesterday too… for lunch. Oops.

I say froyo totally counts as a meal! šŸ™‚

Hobbits have the best dining habits, no matter what anybody says.

Is Sweet Frog a local business or a brand that you buy? Looks pretty fab!

Yeah they’re a Virginia business–we love them! Very affordable and delicious.
