Dinner Tonight- 8/27

The first day of the last year of law school calls for celebration. After some Riesling and Yarlsberg cheese with a whole wheat baguette for an appetizer, we enjoyed this deliciousness.

Seared sea bass with an heirloom and cherry tomato scampi from this recipe. I sauteed some zucchini in a little garlic oil for some green on the plate. All the tomatoes and the zucchini are from our latest local produce share!

The challenges never stop coming, but life is good.

Time to go do homework for the first time this year!
