What I Ate Wednesday…On Tuesday

I’m starting to get used to this new schedule of posting my Tuesday eats on Wednesday! It works a lot better and I don’t have to be the millionth person to join the WIAW party. 🙂


I’m happy to say that I am feeling much better this week than last. The medication works wonders (which I already knew it would, I’ve been on Prilosec before) and I can eat normally now, which feels WONDERFUL.

Breakfast: pumpkin flax granola, banana

Lunch: Zaxby’s “zalad” (salad with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, and other stuff I can’t remember)

I love Zaxby’s! Their salads are sooo good.

(hmmmm…sometimes my iPhone pics come out better than my real camera ones…what does that say about me?)

Snacks: hazlenut chocolate, fruit smoothie

I picked up some chocolate as an impulse buy at the grocery store! It was delicious.

And before I went to my evening class I made a smoothie with some fresh raspberries, frozen strawberries, frozen peaches, half a banana, protein powder, and a little milk.

Dinner: crockpot chicken noodle soup, slice of whole grain bread

This cooked away while we were at classes! Full of fresh local veggies and nice, thick egg noodles.

Dessert: two kiwis

I’m on a kiwi kick! I slice them in half and scoop out the goodness with a spoon.

I have a VERY long day tomorrow/today (I’ll be at school from 10 till 8…shoot me) so I should get to bed!
