Late October VA Produce
Hello, beautiful!
I was referring to the produce. 😉 SUCH a beautiful share from Off the Vine Market this week! I am so impressed at the variety and quality of food we’re getting this late in the year. This share included a lovely bunch of arugula:
Carrots and ginger:
Turnips:
Bok choi:
Sweet potatoes:
Apples:
Butternut squash:
Bibb lettuce:
And a special treat…fresh mozzarella cheese! Can’t wait to use this.
I think we’re definitely set in the food department for a while! I think the first thing I’ll be making is some arugula pesto for lunch…mmmm…
