I’ve got exciting things for you today. First up is an awesome giveaway from Earth Balance! I asked them if they would giveaway some products to you all and was so happy that they agreed to give FIVE product vouchers away! We use Earth Balance spread every single day in our house and I love how versatile it is. I used the buttery spread for the Vegan Molasses Cookies I made last week:

Was your text message alert going off on your phone during the video?! If not, a burglar with an iPhone might be somewhere in my house. Those Mexican wedding cookies look SO perfect! My mom makes those every year at Christmas too except she rolls them into little logs and calls them cocoons 🙂
