So far post-law school life is pretty awesome. I keep thinking I have something to do…and then remember that I DON’T. Boy that’s a good feeling. I got so caught up in freedom that I almost forgot about posting this! A little late but better than never, right?
Breakfast: whole wheat toast with peanut butter and honey, galia melon
Lunch: grilled cheese and coffee coconut water @ The Cheese Shop
I LOVE this coconut water. I would drink it every morning if I could. This grilled cheese was pretty bomb too. Cheese Shop is pretty much our favorite place to eat in the ‘Burg and we’re definitely going to miss it. Atlanta has a million amazing places to eat, but nowhere that’s just like this place. We’re trying to get in a few extra visits while we can!
Afternoon Pick-me-up: soy hazelnut latte
Yeah…I guess that in recovering from exams I’ve been needing some extra caffeine. BUT I only got a ‘tall’ so I don’t feel too bad.
Dinner: red quinoa w/ black beans and a greek yogurt dollup, cucumber salad, beer
I’m trying to give quinoa another chance! I think I’m definitely coming around to it a little more but I still don’t love it.
What to do with all this freedom??? I don’t even know!!! I have a whole house/life to pack for moving of course…and graduation…and work…and job searching…but without school those things really don’t seem so hard anymore. Plus this is my last week of working at TJ’s which means I’m going to have a lot more time on my hands. I feel a recipe post coming on…in a big way…
Thanks for reading!

Great post! I’ve never heard of that kind of melon- yum! I’d love for you to say hey on post and also enter my conscious box giveaway! Cheers!

A celebratory beer is a must! I’m not really huge on quinoa either. I think I’d prefer a bowl of pasta 🙂 I recently re-read a bunch of posts I wrote after graduating college and before finding a job and was like “all that free time was so fun!” Enjoy it while you can!
