WIAW: Too Crazy for a Real Camera

Hope you guys are having a great week! Mine started off crazy and continues to be crazy. I’ve got loads of schoolwork I’m behind on and there doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day! Today was so crazy that there was NO way I was gong to use my real camera to take pictures of what I ate. iPhone to the rescue!


 

Breakfast: pumpkin pie oatmeal

My breakfast was this, except handed to me in a travel mug by my hubster as I was flying out the door on the way to class. He made it for me while I was in the shower! Mornings in our house = me yelling from the bathroom “Honey!!! Can you make me breakfast pleaaaasee?” He can be a real life saver. 🙂

Lunch: brie and chicken sandwich, cranberry sauce, TJ’s plantain chips

I sliced up some leftover roasted chicken and some brie cheese on a piece of whole wheat bread and stuck it in the oven to get all delicious. While it was heating up I make some quick cranberry sauce in a skillet and then ate it alongside the sandwich. SO good!

Dinner: Thai takeout

Jason’s out celebrating a win with his trial today so I decided to treat myself to a meal that he would never eat. 😉 Meaning…it’s vegetarian! Tofu and vegetable panang curry with rice!

Dessert: 8 million servings of this deliciousness 

I’m going to attempt to do some overdue homework before I go pick up Jason and head to bed. I’m also going to attempt to not eat that entire container of toffee.

    I can’t even remember the last time I used my real computer. Come to think of it, where is that thing?! Anyways! Brie has always been one of my favorite cheeses but I so rarely buy any. I’m too busy eating goat cheese. Toffee is so dangerous. My mom used to buy my sister and I a box each for Valentine’s Day and they would be gone so fast.
